Learning designer

Permanent skilled level position in the Business & Management sector in Rivonia in South Africa (Gauteng).

We are looking for Learning Designers who will be required to conceptualise a design strategy (e-learning; performance support; action-learning; business simulation), and based on this, write and develop learning materials and assessments required to meet our client's expectations.

The ideal candidate has a strong desire to be a learning and human performance professional.

Equally important is professional drive, resilience, the flexibility to tackle many different project challenges within different client environments, and the ability to project manage ones own effort (and ultimately the efforts of others).

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience etc

. University graduate (preferably with honours or masters or working towards this)
. Some work experience (minimum 1-2 years in any field)
. Computer literate (MS-Office, MS-Excel etc)
. Clear written communication (i.e. good grammar & flow)
. Attention to detail
. Flexible and resilient (able to handle lots of pressure, high expectations and complex client environments)
. Methodical, logical and systematic approach to tasks. Follows through to completion.
. Sets high work standards
